Statutory Minimum Rates from April 2020

From April the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage rates are now as follows:

	Aged 25 and over	Aged 21 – 24	Aged 18 – 20	Aged Under 18	Apprentices
From April 2019	£8.72	£8.20	£6.45	£4.55	£4.15

The weekly rate for SSP is now £95.85

and

The weekly rate for Statutory Maternity, Paternity and Shared Parental Pay is £151.20

And finally………

Weekly pay for the calculation of Statutory Redundancy Pay (SRP) is capped at £525 with the total possible SRP figure capped at £15,750 (i.e 30 weeks at £525).
