Our retainer services are currently charged on the basis of number of employees at the start date of the contract (and reviewed annually thereafter). The first tier of our fees structure, covers up to 9 employees.
The minimum duration for retainer contracts, which are supported by a service level agreement to ensure clarity of responsibilities, is 12 months and payment is by direct debit.
Retainer Plans
Regular advice and guidance can be provided by telephone, on-line or through a consultant visit to your premises to ensure this is timely and effective, whatever the circumstances.
Fixed Project Costs
Providing effective, high quality HR services to client companies at a fixed price, agreed upfront.
Fixed Rate
These additional services can be provided and charged at an hourly, daily or total project basis or alternatively, the cost can be spread over a longer period through incorporation into your retainer.
