During the past 12 months, Skills Shop has had to adapt to different ways of working in order to thrive and not just survive. As the Coronavirus lockdown progressed it meant making some tough decisions regarding HR.

I knew I needed to speak with a local specialist who could be discreet and whom I could implicitly trust. Having known Chrissy from Turnstone HR for over 4 years, this was the obvious choice.

Over the past few weeks Chrissy has been on-hand to guide me through the fog of HR even facilitating a staff meeting to the point where an agreement has been reached which safeguards the future of Skills Shop as well as the employment of staff.
